Josh Rowan is a co-founder of Cedar Park Capital. Prior to founding Cedar Park, Rowan worked at Dune Real Estate Partners, a real estate private equity firm with more than $4 billion of equity capital deployed, where he focused on real estate investments across a variety of sectors. Previously he worked in Real Estate Investment Banking at Goldman Sachs. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Business with a concentration in Real Estate and a Thesis in Fine Arts from the College of Arts & Sciences.

Adam Freed is a co-founder of Cedar Park Capital. Prior to founding Cedar Park, he worked in the Private Equity division at the Blackstone Group where he focused on a number of categories including consumer & retail investments. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with dual degrees from the Wharton School of Business and the College of Arts & Sciences with a concentration in Finance and a major in Economic History.

Shawn Kianmahd is an Investor at Cedar Park Capital. Prior to starting at Cedar Park, he worked in the Private Equity division at the Blackstone Group where he focused on a number of categories including multi-unit retail services within the consumer category. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with degree from the Wharton School of Business.
